Single item delivery
Single Item Delivery and Marketplace Collections
Found the perfect piece on eBay or Facebook Marketplace but can't collect it yourself? We'll pick up a single item from the seller and deliver it carefully to your door.
You buy the item. We collect it and deliver it.
Buying from a private seller is often the cheapest way to find good furniture and unusual pieces, but collection is the hard part. Many sellers can't deliver, hiring a van is time consuming, and parcel couriers won't take bulky items.
Our single item delivery service fills that gap. We contact the seller, arrange a convenient time, collect the item, wrap it and bring it to you.

How marketplace collection works
1. Send us the details
The collection and delivery postcodes, a link or photo of the item and its rough size.
2. Get a clear price
We confirm a fixed quote and a collection date that suits you and the seller.
3. We collect
We check and photograph the item if you'd like, then wrap and secure it.
4. We deliver
Delivered directly to you, placed in the room of your choice.
A helpful tip before you pay
Check the dimensions with the seller and confirm the item will fit through your doorways. If you'd like, we can send you photos of the item at collection before it's loaded, so you can confirm it matches the listing.
Frequently asked questions
Do you pay the seller for me?
No. Payment for the item should be arranged directly between you and the seller before we collect.
Can you collect small items too?
Yes, although for small boxes a parcel service may be cheaper. We're most useful for anything bulky, fragile or valuable.
What if the item isn't as described?
We can send photos at collection so you can decide before it's loaded. Any dispute about the item itself is between you and the seller.
